Itinerary
Day 1: Merzouga – Camel Ride – Desert Camp
Your 2 Night Merzouga Camel Trekking Tour starts in the afternoon from Merzouga. You meet your camel guide at your hotel, riad, or meeting point.
After a short welcome, you start the camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes. The camels walk slowly, so you can relax and enjoy the desert views.
You stop in the dunes to watch the sunset. After that, you continue to the desert camp.
At the camp, you enjoy dinner, Berber music, and a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 2: Desert Camp – Merzouga Desert Tour – Khamlia – Nomad Families
Wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, you start a desert tour around Merzouga.
You can visit Khamlia village, famous for Gnawa music. You can drink tea and listen to local music.
After that, you visit nomad families who live near the dunes. This is a nice way to learn about local desert life.
You can also visit black desert areas, old mines, and beautiful viewpoints around Erg Chebbi.
In the afternoon, you return to your hotel, riad, or camp near Merzouga.
Dinner and night near Merzouga or in a desert camp.
Day 3: Sunrise – Return to Merzouga
After breakfast, you enjoy the last views of the desert. Depending on your plan, you can return by camel or 4×4 to Merzouga.
